Wondering how to make a good PowerPoint presentation?
Then here we are with some hacks!
Step
On the first slide of the presentation should be only the title of the presentation, the name of the author and the date.- Step
On the second slide, write briefly what it is about and write the content of the presentation in the form of questions. It shows creativity and interests the audience even more about your presentation. But don’t just put the text on that slide, put 1 -2 pictures as well. - Step
Put content about your presentation on the other slides. Let there be more pictures and talk in pictures. Let there be 1 video in the presentation. On the slide where the video is, do not add more text if it is not mandatory, nor an image. - Step
Make sure your audience doesn’t get bored. If the audience is bored, then we just made a presentation for nothing - Step
Final slide. Don’t say goodbye on the final slide, bye, and so on. Write just that’s it from me or I hope you enjoyed it or so much for now… And of course add one picture or even better animation
Bonus hacks.
1. Do not choose the layout of the presentation that has nothing to do with the presentation. For example: you write about cars, and for the appearance of the presentation put the universe.
2. Do not put the text color almost the same as the background color. If you write on a purple background then you should go as bright a text as possible. Don’t make the audience’s head hurt.
3. Don’t have too many pictures on one slide. Maximum 5.
